✅ Try Before You Accept

We give you the option to test the product in front of the delivery agent upon receipt.

  • If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the delivery agent
  • In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping costs only
  • Returns are not accepted after the delivery agent has left, except in cases of damage or defect

⏱️ 48-Hour Return Window

All return and replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

🔄 Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it for free under the following conditions:

  • The damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • The defective product must be returned with the delivery agent at the time of delivery, or returned via courier within the 48-hour window
  • A replacement will be sent as soon as possible at no extra cost

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been used after the delivery agent has left
  • Products opened with no defect reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
