At Purix™, we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt 🇪🇬.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Location Estimated Delivery
Cairo & Giza 1–2 business days
Alexandria & Major Cities 2–3 business days
Upper Egypt & Remote Areas 3–5 business days

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will try again. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and you will be contacted to reschedule.

7. Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at purixremover@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
